Ryan Meadows and Chelsea Caldwell

Though Charleston natives Ryan and Chelsea met as teens while attending Sea Island Academy on John’s Island, their romance first blossomed when Ryan joined Chelsea and her brother at a football game at her alma mater, Winthrop University. Five years later, on a trip to Costa Rica, Ryan popped the question to Chelsea. The couple married under the oaks overlooking the Ashley River at Magnolia Plantation and Gardens and then celebrated there with family and friends.
