You’re in luck, because Fabulous Frocks of Charleston has opened its doors. The boutique specializes in new and gently loved gowns, both. Bonus? Each bride gets the personal shopping experience she deserves, says owner Sarah Black, the maven behind Mount Pleasant’s Belle Couture Bridal. Peninsula dwellers undoubtedly never minded crossing the Ravenel for a taste of Sarah’s first shop; but we have to admit that Fabulous Frocks sounds truly like a jewel of a Holy City find.
