“Get Married TV” (Colin Cowie’s wedding show on the Lifetime network) came to Charleston a few weeks ago to see why the South is the most romantic spot in the country to say, “I do.” It was great having them here, and getting to talk a little about why Charleston makes a dream wedding destination.

My favorite part? Most of the gorgeous photos they featured were from the pages of Charleston Weddings mag, and featured top local wedding locations and favorite vendors like cake designer Jim Smeal, photographers Liz Banfield, Peter Frank Edwards, Banner Radin, and Taylor Stewart, and event design gurus Soirée by Tara Guérard.
