Presented by Charleston magazine, the City of Charleston Office of Cultural Affairs, & the Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art
Last fall, we put the word out for up-and-coming visual artists in the Tricounty region to submit their work for our competition and Piccolo Spoleto exhibition. Of the 170 entrants, our panel of judges selected eight winners. Here, take a look at the drawings, mixed media, paintings, photography, and installations by these talented artists who demand our attention.
