It may be hard to spot this hidden gem within the gentrified streets of Elliotborogh, but it’s worth a stop when you do. Seasonal pub fare such as hot pressed cubano with house smoked chicken stands out in addition to dishes such as the forager's toast -- roasted local vegetables, smashed avocado, smoked tomato and tahini vinaigrette, hollandaise, and a soft farm egg on top of a slice of multigrain from Brown's Court Bakery. A huge bar offers pitcher cocktail choices as well as local beers and an evolving wine list. Don't leave without ordering at least one fried oyster-topped deviled egg.
