Women of Distinction 

The Girl Scouts of Carolina Low Country in conjunction with Girl Scout councils across the nation annually recognize women who have the courage and confidence to serve their community and provide a positive role model for today’s girls.  The Women of Distinction Award is presented in recognition of those women who have demonstrated significant achievement in their fields of endeavor, professional and or/volunteer, made contributions affecting their local and/or broad communities and acted as a positive role model for today’s young women who will one day follow them.

The 2007 Honorees are:
