Meat on Goat

Charleston chef and charcuterie master Craig Deihl and two team members from Butchers of America “meat” on Goat Island this month to host a fundraiser. In spring of 2018, Deihl and his team will travel to Belfast, Ireland, to compete in the World Butchers Challenge, so he’s calling on the meat-lovers of the Lowcountry to gather for an evening of sampling charcuterie plates crafted by himself and his teammates. Guests are treated to live music by local band Minimum Wage along with libations.
