Homemade Sun-Dried Tomato Boursin

Ingredients 
  • 3/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), firmly packed
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 Tbs. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste
Directions 

Pulse sun-dried tomatoes and garlic in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until fully incorporated. Serve at room temperature.
