This is an interior design contest, not a renovation contest, so the dimensions or footprint of the room can’t be altered (adding moldings or trim is okay). Best-Dressed Tent Competition Join Charleston and Charleston Home magazines at the First Annual Spring Invitational Polo Match on the pristine grounds of Hyde Park Farm in Ravenel on Sunday, May 15, 2011. How to win? Simply rent a tent for the day, dress it to the nines, and enter your name and tent number at the Charleston magazine tent. Charleston Home editor Ellen McGauley, along with Charleston editor-in-chief Darcy Shankland, entertaining style editor Mitchell Crosby, and interior designer Angel Roberts, will tour the tents and judge the entries based on style, creativity, and general showmanship. Winners will be announced at halftime and presented with a trophy on behalf of Hyde Park Farm and Polo Club.
