We will mail you as many blank gift cards as you need at no additional cost. That way you can personalize them any way you want!
• Mailing Label:
We want your clients to be reminded of you and your business all year long so we’re putting your name on the mailing label of each delivered issue! Please indicate how you would like the “Compliments of Your Name” to read. For example, “Compliments of Jacqueline Hicks” or “Compliments of Charleston magazine.”
• Billing:
All new orders must be paid on receipt with a check or credit card. Our billing department can keep your credit card information on file. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
• Renewals: You have the option of giving your subscription as a one-time gift or receiving renewal notices for your clients when their subscriptions are due to expire. Please let us know which you prefer.
Common Questions
What happens if my client already subscribes?
If your client is a current Charleston magazine subscriber, we will contact you and give you the option of adding an additional year onto their subscription, canceling the order, or sending it to another client or friend.
When can my client expect their first issue?
This depends on when the order is placed, which your Charleston magazine representative will relay to you. Usually we ask that you allow 2 to 5 weeks for delivery of the first issue.
