Already known for their inventive, cross-cultural tendancies, Butcher & Bee takes it up a notch with guest chef Jonathan Wu of NYC's acclaimed Fung Tu. Heavily inspired by his Chinese hertiage and traditional culinary upbringing, Wu is known for his artful blend of Asian and American influence in his dishes. For one night only, Wu teams up with B&B's own Chelsey Conrad to prepare a meal that pairs his Chinese-American cuisine with her unique Southern/Middle Eastern style.
