Going Once, Going Twice, Sold!
The highly regarded New York City-based Doyle auction house debuted a 2,800-square-foot gallery on King Street in October, with Charleston native Emily Grimball Longley serving as the regional representative and vice president and director of client strategy. Doyle will host consignment days and preview exhibitions of property, including jewelry, art, and furniture, for auction in New York and online. Specialists are available to meet with collectors, heirs, and curators to discuss appraisals. Doyle also has galleries in Beverly Hills, Boston, and Palm Beach. [123 King St., doyle.com]

Lounging Around
Longtime bra-fitting specialist Erin Yates launched her online boutique Lounge With Us in December 2020, as women increasingly began working from home and seeking more comfortable clothing during the pandemic. This October, Yates opened her first storefront in the Merchants Village shopping center on James Island, offering bra fittings and lingerie from popular brands such as Natori and Simone Perele and pajamas from PJ Salvage and HoneyDew Intimates. In addition, shoppers can find comfy loungewear, maxi dresses, graphic T-shirts, accessories, whimsical decor, and gifts in the cheerful space. [520 Folly Rd., Ste. 130, loungewithus.com]
