Cinnamon Foot Soak
from Niki Leigh Spa

• 2 cups whole milk
• 1 cup powdered milk
• 1/2 cup ground cinnamon
• 1/2 cup oatmeal
• 1 cinnamon stick (optional)

Mix all ingredients together except the cinnamon stick and then heat in the microwave on full power until warm (about 20-30 seconds). Pour into a pedicure tub, add the cinnamon stick, and soak your feet for about 20 minutes. Rinse and apply lotion all over feet. Bonus: Your house will smell as great as your feet feel!
