Carol Hannah Whitfield
After being named one of the finalists of CFW’s first Emerging Designer Competition, Carol Hannah Whitfield wowed the crowd with her debut collection. She went on to be selected and successfully compete on the 6th Season of Lifetime's Project Runway. Numerous wins later, Carol found herself as a finalist in the competition and able to show a 13 piece collection at New York Fashion Week. Gordana Gehlhausen
Self-trained designer and owner of Charleston and San Diego-based Goga boutiques, Gordana Gehlhausen showcased her collection at Charleston Fashion Week 2008. Maria Dobrzanska Reeves
After a heated competition, Marysia Reeves emerged victorious and was crowned the winner of CFW 2009 Emerging Designer Competition: Southeast. Following CFW, Marysia headed to Miami for the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Miami Swim where her pieces were eyed by numerous other companies like Victoria's Secret, Sports Illustrated (for their swimsuit issue), and Teen Vogue. In 2010 selections from her swim line will be carried by Urban Outfitters.

Ashley Reid
Since being named one of the six finalists of CFW’s 2008 Emerging Designer Competition, Ashley has gone on to share her knowledge of the fashion industry as an Instructor in the Fashion Retail Management program at The Art Institute of Charleston. She also continues to present her sustainable clothing line CLEWIS REID at shows at local fashion events. Ashley will be showing her Spring collection at the 2010 Charleston Fashion Week.

Rachel Gordon
After being an emerging designer in Charleston Fashion week in 2008 Rachel went on to develop her own line. She is currently working on rebranding this line as “one love.” This line of bohemian gowns focuses on making women feel beautiful and one with their inner goddess. One love was launched at the Dockside fashion show this past October in collaboration with Sarah Maxwell and Lindsey Carter.
