“Preciousness Preserved: Jewelry from Antiquity to Today”
For this special exhibit, The Charleston Museum brings out rarely seen pieces of jewelry from the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries, including mourning and sentimental goods, precious gemstones, hairwork patterns, and locally made items from Charleston masters like John David Miller, Samuel Debruhl, and John Miot.
