Indulge in a three-course menu with wine pairings created by Charleston Grill executive chef Michelle Weaver as the restaurant prepares for Vegstock IV. Avocado crudo with tomatillo salsa and queso fresco, sesame udon noodles, and salt roasted beets with sherry date puree are some of the dishes you’ll taste.
