In this dynamic exhibit, view works by self-taught African American artists such as Sam Doyle, David Butler, Thornton Dial Sr., Bessie Harvey, and Willie LeRoy Elliott. Quilts, paintings, sculptures, and more reflect the rich artwork that African Americans have long contributed to U.S. culture.
