“Aisle Style: 150 Years of Wedding Fashion”

Enjoy the ceremony without the planning as “Aisle Style: 150 Years of Wedding Fashion” opens at The Charleston Museum. As always, the focus is on the bride and her dress, however, men’s garments, accessories, trousseau treasures, and photographs supply perspective to all aspects of such an enchanting evening. Become a member of the wedding party as you explore centuries of event traditions, from orange blossoms to the advent of white gowns, and take part in a wide variety of workshops and programs offered in conjunction with this original exhibit.
