McCrady’s executive chef and James Beard Rising Star Chef Nominee Sean Brock has joined ranks with Share Our Strength to make McCrady’s one of the 12 stops on this organization’s national dinner series. Together with Mike Lata of FIG, Ken Vedrinski of Trattoria Lucca, and two of the touring chefs—Tyler Brown of the Capitol Grille at the Hermitage Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee; and RJ Cooper of Vidalia Restaurant in Washington, D.C.—Brock presents a six-course menu to be paired with fine wines.
