  • 1.5 oz Vanilla-infused Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. Apple Cider Reduction (Apple Cider, Cinnamon, Clove, Star Anise, Vanilla, Rosemary)
  • 1.5 oz. Apple Cider Granite
  • Splash Apple Cuvee, or Sparkling Apple Wine


Loosely fill a pewter cup with crushed ice, and add all ingredients. Carefully stir, fill to top with apple cuvee, and garnish with a display of thinly sliced apples, cinnamon stick, and star anise.
