Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
- 3/4 oz. St. Germaine elderflower liqueur
- 3/4 oz. Thyme-infused Lemon Simple Syrup
- Fresh Squeezed Juice from Meyer Lemon half
- Splash Duval Leroy Brut Champagne
Directions
Shake and serve in a chilled martini glass, top with champagne, and garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Vanilla-infused Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey
- 3/4 oz. Apple Cider Reduction (Apple Cider, Cinnamon, Clove, Star Anise, Vanilla, Rosemary)
- 1.5 oz. Apple Cider Granite
- Splash Apple Cuvee, or Sparkling Apple Wine
Directions
Loosely fill a pewter cup with crushed ice, and add all ingredients. Carefully stir, fill to top with apple cuvee, and garnish with a display of thinly sliced apples, cinnamon stick, and star anise.
