Jill Hooper: Contemporary Realist

Classically trained Charleston artist Jill Hooper drew inspiration for her new collection from across the globe. Check out Hooper’s internationally acclaimed portraits, large-scale landscapes, and still-lifes at the Gibbes. The inclusion of both finished paintings and preliminary drawings gives insight into the process of the youngest artist to have their work collected by the historic museum.
