Introduction to Graffiti: Tag and Technique

Careful not to dismiss it as vandalism, graffiti is an important art form, and graffiti artists take it very seriously. If you are interested in learning more about the popular urban art form, this class is right for you. In this four week course, you too can become a graffiti master. This class offers students a chance to learn how to take a blank surface and turn it into a sprawling mural bursting with colors and elements. Many different techniques (from can control to styles and letters) will be taught and students will even create their own tags and work on variations of that tag. No experience necessary!
