Event Details

Horses have had perhaps more impact on human history than any other domesticated animal, believes German-born artist Peter Justl. Inspired by his work with horse therapy for mentally and physically disabled people, Justl’s newest exhibition showcases equestrian grace and beauty. Visit the show throughout the month and be sure to read the paintings’ captions, which explain Justl’s portrayal of the soul beneath each horse’s action. Mary Martin Gallery, 103 Broad St. Monday-Saturday, 10am-5pm; Sunday, noon-5pm. Free. (843)723-0303, www.marymartinart.com
