Support a deliciously good cause at the Culinary Institute of Charleston‘s annual fundraising fête, A Night in the Valley. The evening includes a multi-course feast prepared by students of the culinary program, complete with wine pairings for each dish. Guests are invited to participate in silent and live auctions, as all proceeds go toward assisting the Lowcountry’s aspiring chefs in their training.
